Conference and Event Venue Services

The Central Region Educational Cooperative requires as-needed statewide conference and event venue services in New Mexico for a one-year contract term. The requested scope includes sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage, audiovisual support, internet, parking, setup, and related event venue services. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and awards may be made by geographic region and capacity category. Applicants must submit proposals electronically to [email protected] by October 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM Mountain Time, and direct all questions by October 7, 2026. Submissions require a signed Letter of Transmittal, Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, and completed Cost Response Form with rate schedules. Evaluators will score responsive proposals out of 1,000 points based on cost (400 points), space capacity (250 points), audiovisual and internet support (125 points), food and beverage capability (100 points), contract flexibility (75 points), and overall logistics (50 points), alongside pass/fail mandatory specifications.
