Town Wide Pavement Assessment Study Service

The Town of Marlborough, Connecticut, requires a vendor to conduct a town-wide pavement condition assessment study. The selected vendor must perform visual evaluations of existing roadways, map the database using GIS software, create a pavement management system, submit a written survey report with maintenance recommendations and current-dollar cost estimates, and present findings at two Town Staff meetings and one Board of Selectmen meeting. Eligibility is limited to onshore, USA-based organizations, and Minority/Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. Bidders must submit sealed lump-sum bids to the Town Clerk’s Office by 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and offsite work performance is required. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at the Marlborough Town Hall. The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond, valid Certificates of Insurance, and execute a formal agreement prior to starting work.
