Dental Laboratory Services

United Community and Family Services, Inc. (UCFS) requires qualified dental laboratories to provide crowns, bridges, complete and partial dentures, and related services like repairs and relines. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite, deliver services to Norwich, CT, and provide details on pricing, turnaround times, delivery, and remakes. UCFS limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations and requires vendors to maintain specified commercial general liability insurance, demonstrate HIPAA compliance, and pass federal debarment checks. Bidders must submit two sealed copies of their complete proposal by hand or overnight mail to UCFS by 2 PM on October 16, 2026. Proposals must include a one-page firm summary, federal tax identification number, itemized pricing sheet, volume incentives, contract terms, two references, proof of insurance, and the signed Bid Form. UCFS will evaluate proposals based on cost analysis, experience, ability to meet timelines, legal or regulatory restrictions, and reference checks.
