Traffic Engineering Consulting Services

The government authority located in California requires a vendor to provide traffic engineering consulting services on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes conducting and reviewing studies, collecting traffic counts, assisting with updates to the Traffic Impact Fee Program, performing traffic forecasting and modeling including microsimulation, and designing and reviewing traffic signals, signing, and striping for County and developer-driven projects. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the performance of work must occur onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026, and can submit their responses digitally through email or online.
