Trash Services

Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jackson requires a vendor to provide onsite trash services for its location in Lexington, Tennessee. Bidders must be onshore USA entities, and state employees are prohibited from bidding. The contract period will run for one year. Bidders are required to submit a pricing proposal and must be registered with the Tennessee Department of Revenue for sales and use tax collection prior to contract signature. Interested vendors must submit questions no later than October 9, 2026. Final responses must be submitted digitally via email or online by October 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. Submissions must include the completed and signed Pricing Quotation, Certification of Quotation/Proposal, Bid Sheet, and Request for Vendor Registration. The institution will evaluate proposals and award the contract to the lowest, responsible, and qualified bidder based on price, item quality, specification conformity, suitability, cash discounts, and delivery terms.
