Economic Development, Redevelopment, Planning, Design and Strategic Advisory Services

The City of Roswell seeks qualified offerors to provide offsite economic development, redevelopment, planning, design, and strategic advisory services. Requested capabilities include market analysis, real estate advisory, public-private partnership transaction advisory, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and public finance strategy services to support long-term economic sustainability, strategic redevelopment, and quality of life enhancements. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations. Offerors must submit all questions through the City's website by October 6, 2026. Submittals are accepted exclusively in digital format through the City of Roswell Bonfire Portal. The evaluation committee will evaluate responsive proposals using criteria published in the website's Special RFP Elements, score and rank the qualifications, and potentially conduct interviews or request presentations before finalizing rankings. Staff will make an award recommendation based on the highest-ranked offeror whose fees are successfully negotiated, subject to approval by the Mayor and Council or the City Administrator depending on contract threshold amounts.
