Engineering and Architecture Services

The government authority in Larimer, Colorado seeks vendors to provide on-call, as-needed architectural and engineering services. The requested scope includes planning, site investigations, design, permitting assistance, bidding support, and construction administration for agency facilities across multiple disciplines, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, landscape architecture, and building envelope/roofing consulting. Only US organizations operating onshore that perform work onsite are eligible to bid. Proposers must meet pass/fail minimum qualifications, including five years of documented professional experience, three successfully completed comparable projects within the past five years, experience with operational facilities, quality control procedures, capacity, active construction administration experience, and licensed professionals with current Colorado licensure where required. Submit all questions no later than October 12, 2026. Evaluators will score proposals out of 100 points based on relevant professional experience, technical approach, quality control, construction administration capabilities, key personnel qualifications, facilities support, past performance, and schedule/budget coordination.
