Property Management Services

The Martin Luther King Corridor Improvement Authority needs a professional property management firm to maintain its inventory of selected agency-owned properties in Jackson, Michigan on an as-needed basis. The requested scope includes providing property management services to support ongoing blight removal, site clean-up, and redevelopment readiness activities in the South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Prospect Street commercial corridors. US organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite. Applicants must submit a business profile with relevant experience, key personnel identification, a standard rate sheet, insurance evidence, and a completed proposal form to the issuing agency by November 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. The authority plans to execute a three-year management agreement with renewal possibilities and pay the contractor via a monthly fee structure starting no later than December 2026.
