Comprehensive Staffing, Salary, Compensation and Space Needs Analysis Assessment Service

Christian County Emergency Services seeks qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive staffing, salary and compensation, and space needs analysis for its administrative offices, emergency communications center, and emergency operations center in Ozark, Missouri. The selected consultant must deliver objective, data-driven findings, short- and long-term staffing projections, compensation reviews, facility space evaluations, and actionable recommendations to support current operations and future public safety service needs. Work performance is offsite, and the contract term is one year.
