Language Interpreter and Translator Services

The buyer needs a vendor to provide language interpreter and translator services on an as-needed basis for various languages, including Navajo, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Farsi, Arabic, Chinese, Tongan, Russian, Karenni, Chuukese, Chuj, Popti, Marshallese, Hindi, and ASL. The requested scope includes sight translation, classic interpreting/long consecutive, over-the-phone and video interpretation, and document translations formatted in Microsoft Office 360 products. Additionally, the vendor must maintain an efficient call routing system with 911 priority dispatch and an encrypted, reliable video/audio platform accessible 24/7. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Interested vendors can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal budgets. A pre-bid meeting will take place on October 13, 2026. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
