Lead Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Intervention Services

The City of Waterbury, Connecticut requires a vendor to provide lead hazard reduction and healthy homes intervention services. The required scope includes installing pre-hung steel insulated entry door systems with deadbolts and passage sets, installing operational overhead garage doors with handles and keyed locks, applying liquid encapsulation, and prepping, priming, and painting all new or existing stripped components. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 13, 2026, and submit all questions by October 14, 2026.
