Leadership Development Program Services

The buyer requires a consultant to implement and manage a leadership development program to address a shortage of first-line construction supervisors and increase representation for women and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color workers. The requested scope includes providing leadership training, technical skill development, mentorship, employer engagement, experiential learning, and career advancement support, as well as engaging contractors and unions prior to launch to identify hiring conditions. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work located in Seattle, WA.
