The government authority in Albuquerque, New Mexico needs a medical carrier to provide a bundled medical and prescription drug plan for its permanent employees, elected officials, unclassified employees working at least 20 hours per week, and their dependents. The requested scope includes agency services for medical claims administration, disease management, utilization and case management, wellness, and bundled stop-loss insurance. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Prospective applicants must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026, and must submit a budget proposal with their application.
