The buyer seeks an onshore US organization to deliver a one-year Behavioral Health Outreach Service addressing the opioid overdose crisis and substance-related harms. The selected provider will recruit and support peer staff to conduct 40 hours per week of mobile street outreach during peak hours, evenings, and weekends for high-risk residents.
