Graduation Commencement Photography Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver full-service, high-quality graduation commencement photography for its 2026-2027 ceremonies. The selected vendor must provide all necessary equipment, staffing, and on-site coordination to photograph every graduate on stage while accepting their diploma across four graduation ceremonies. Only United States organizations performing work onsite are eligible to bid, and the buyer is currently accepting proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than October 9, 2026.
