Decarbonization Strategy Consultant Services

The buyer requires a consultant to provide decarbonization strategy services to support building decarbonization and energy burden reduction. The selected consultant must manage the project, review existing plan targets and benchmarking data, prioritize recommended programs, prepare strategy documentation, and collaborate closely with the office of sustainability and key stakeholders. Only onshore USA entities are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the contract term will be for one year. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 08, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
