Grants Consultant Services

The Township of Bloomfield, New Jersey, requires a vendor to provide grants consultant services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor will research, plan, and prepare federal, state, and county grant applications, secure transportation grants through federal appropriations, complete grants identified by township officials, and attend quarterly Mayor and Council meetings to provide updates. Only onshore (USA) organizations are eligible to bid, and the work will be performed offsite. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and they must include their proposed budget.
