Recertification Service

The Housing Authority of the City of Hoboken needs a vendor to provide on-site recertification services in Hoboken, New Jersey. The selected vendor must complete annual recertifications, new admissions, and interim recertifications for low-rent public housing and housing choice voucher tenants, averaging 140 reviews per month. To accomplish this scope, the vendor must assemble a professional team to review current rent rolls and create an efficient plan to execute the recertifications and new lease-ups.
