One-Stop Operator Service

The Tompkins County Workforce Development Board seeks a vendor to provide One-Stop Operator and Coordinator services for the Workforce Development System in Ithaca, New York. The selected provider must maintain a coordinated network of workforce partners and engage regularly with leadership to align system-wide service delivery and address emerging issues. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Applicants must perform all work onsite in Ithaca, New York, and must submit questions no later than October 26, 2026. Applicants may submit their final responses digitally through email or online.
