Employee Benefits and Insurance Brokerage Strategic Consultation Services

The District requires comprehensive employee benefits and insurance brokerage strategic consultation services to develop and maintain an effective, competitive, and financially sustainable benefits program. The selected vendor must conduct an initial review of existing programs, develop short- and long-term strategies, evaluate various funding approaches, analyze renewal proposals, and advise on voluntary employee-paid benefits like dental, vision, FSAs, LPFSAs, and Dependent Care Assistance Plans. Eligibility is limited to onshore entities located in the USA, and performance of the work will be offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 16, 2026, and submit a proposal detailing their budget for the one-year contract term.
