Custodial Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide routine custodial services for a government authority train station located in Goleta, California. The selected vendor must inspect and spot clean public areas, restrooms, entrances, seating, tables, floors, glass, and exterior grounds, as well as pick up litter, empty trash and recycling, replenish supplies, and report locked entrance doors. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid on this project. Bidders must submit all questions by October 16, 2026, and attend a pre-bid meeting on October 13, 2026.
