Affordable Housing Planner and Special Projects Planners Services

The Township of Cherry Hill needs one vendor to serve as an Affordable Housing Planner and a pool of one or more vendors to serve as Special Projects Planners. The selected planners will provide professional consulting services regarding the township's housing element and fair share plan, which may require attending township council, board meetings, and court proceedings on an as-needed basis. To be eligible, US-based proposers must perform all work onsite and comply with statutory requirements, including EEO/Affirmative Action regulations. Applicants must submit a qualification statement and proposal for each requested category, detailing firm experience, key personnel resumes, an itemized monthly reporting sample, a typical public agency invoice, and a signed 2027 hourly rate fee schedule. Submissions must include one original paper proposal, one copy, and a PDF on a flash drive, alongside required statutory forms such as the Ownership Disclosure Certification, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Political Contribution Disclosure Form. Sealed proposals are due by 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on November 6, 2026, at the Municipal Building in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The Township will evaluate proposals based on price and qualification factors to award contract appointments for the 2027 calendar year.
