Park Manager Services

The Ogden Valley Parks Service Area seeks an independent contractor to deliver hands-on park upkeep, on-site management, and operational coordination for Eden Park in Utah. The selected park manager must conduct regular site visits, personally handle routine cleaning and trash removal, monitor infrastructure, coordinate contractor scheduling, assist with event readiness, and report issues to the district administrator. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations and interested individuals. Applicants must submit a brief letter of interest detailing their availability, capacity, relevant experience, local references, and interest in caring for Eden Park. Evaluators will score proposals up to 100 points based on interest and familiarity with Eden Park (40 points), availability and capacity (30 points), relevant experience (20 points), and reliability and communication (10 points). Proposals must remain valid for 60 days following the submission deadline, and the selected respondent must execute a professional services agreement.
