Janitorial Services

The City of Shreveport needs onsite janitorial services for a contract period of one year. The required scope of work includes cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, scrubbing commodes and urinals, dust mopping and mopping tiles, spray buffing as needed, vacuuming carpets, removing trash to collection points, and refilling soap, paper towel, and tissue dispensers. The solicitation is open to US organizations. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email or online, including a narrative approach, offeror experience, personnel staffing, fee schedule, Fair Share forms 1-4, and a felony conviction/E-Verify affidavit. Questions are due by October 30, 2026, and a site visit will occur on October 23, 2026.
