Financial and Compliance Auditing Services

Huron Valley Schools, in partnership with the CoPro+ cooperative purchasing program, requires qualified firms to provide professional financial and compliance auditing services. The scope of work includes performing annual preliminary audit fieldwork before June 30th and completing the majority of final audit fieldwork between September 5th and September 20th. Eligible US-based vendor organizations will perform the work offsite under a statewide cooperative contract that extends to other Michigan government municipalities and school districts. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on November 6, 2026. The evaluation process includes a pass/fail review of adherence to mandatory requirements. The resulting master agreement contract term is three years with two one-year renewal options, and proposals must incorporate firm annual fee pricing with Net 30 payment terms excluding sales tax.
