Court Reporting and Transcription Services

The County of Essex, New Jersey, requires court reporting and transcription services for various county agencies over a 12-month period. The selected vendor must provide offsite court reporting and transcription capabilities, including attendance at, printing, and transcribing of trial testimony, pre-trial testimony, and depositions, with support for remote conferencing platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to bid, and non-profit organizations must provide proof of 501(c) status or equivalent. Respondents must be registered with the New Jersey Division of Revenue and provide a Business Registration Certificate by or before the contract award. Bidders must submit one original and two single-sided copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope by October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Written questions must be submitted via fax or email by 4:30 PM, eight business days prior to the submission deadline. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and technical criteria, including completeness and responsiveness to the RFP requirements.
