Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administrator Services

The buyer requires comprehensive statewide workers’ compensation claims administration, managed care, and cost containment services. The selected vendor must administer all new and existing claims, manage services effectively under the agreement's requirements, and ensure a thorough transition from the existing administrator. Additionally, the contractor must ensure claimants receive prompt, quality medical and rehabilitative care to promote recovery and return to work, deliver timely services to minimize legal representation and appeals board decisions, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery while reducing costs. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations, and the contractor will perform the work offsite. The contract covers a three-year period. The buyer is seeking proposals for the budget and allows digital response submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than November 30, 2026.
