The government authority in Maryland requires a vendor to provide business resource information development and guidance ecosystem services offsite. The program aims to help small business owners overcome financial and administrative hurdles to access loans and investment capital by addressing their lack of preparedness for lender requirements. The selected vendor must conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial conditions, identify loan readiness barriers, help interpret and improve credit reports, and assist in organizing financial documentation, including projections, cash flow analyses, and profit and loss statements. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Applicants must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests proposal submissions for the budget.
