Auditor Service

The Public Entity Joint Insurance Fund requires a vendor to provide auditor services offsite for the 2026 calendar year commencing January 1, 2027. The selected auditor must audit financial statements, present audit results to Fund Commissioners at a regularly scheduled meeting, provide management’s discussion and analysis, test accounting records, and prepare supplementary schedules, data, and internal control reports. Only USA organizations with at least seven years of experience as a Fund Auditor for a New Jersey joint insurance fund are eligible. Applicants must submit one original paper copy and one electronic copy on a flash drive to Madeline Delgado in Iselin, NJ, by 10:00 a.m. EDT on November 6, 2026. Proposals must include a flat-fee pricing structure for 2027, staff qualifications, firm resources, New Jersey presence, SBE status, references, and potential conflicts of interest. The Fund will evaluate qualified proposals based on general approach, documented experience, staff qualifications, commitment capability, and price.
