Environmental Services

Atlantic County is requesting proposals from classified vendors to provide environmental services on an as-needed basis through December 31, 2027. The scope includes work connected to open space preservation, land transactions, farmland preservation, and road improvement projects or rights of way. Bidders classified under N.J.S.A. 27:7-35.2 are eligible to submit proposals, and the source listing restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must upload their proposals online through Bid Express, as paper submissions are not accepted. Submissions must include a Letter of Transmittal, company history, vendor credentials, an experience statement, a proposal pricing form, required statutory forms, proof of insurance, and business registration details.
