The Township of Cherry Hill needs a township auditor for calendar year 2027 to provide an annual audit of township books and records for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. The selected auditor must assist with budget preparation, debt offerings, debt financing, and ongoing consultations, as well as demonstrate experience with the State of New Jersey FAST system. USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work, and the selected contractor must satisfy specific insurance standards. Proposers must submit one original, one complete copy, and an electronic copy on a flash drive to the Township Clerk by 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2026. Submissions must include a qualification statement, narrative, key personnel resumes, sample monthly itemized invoice, and required forms such as the Ownership Disclosure Certification, Price Proposal, and Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda. An evaluation team will review submissions against proposal requirements and select the highest-ranking respondent for a one-year contract based on price and other factors.
