Holiday Tree Installation and Decorations Services

The City of Fort Pierce requires a qualified contractor to provide holiday tree installation, decoration, maintenance, dismantling, and storage services for two 35-foot commercial-grade artificial Christmas trees at designated city locations. The selected contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, engineering support, and safety provisions needed to create safe and professional seasonal displays. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Interested vendors must submit their bids electronically via DemandStar by October 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern time. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place on October 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern time in the Engineering Conference Room at Fort Pierce City Hall.
