Executive Search Services

The Advancing Indigenous Science and Engineering Society (AISES) requires a firm to provide comprehensive retained executive search services for its President position. The scope includes consulting with the Search Committee on the position profile, executing a national candidate outreach strategy with deliberate engagement of Indigenous and Tribal networks, screening candidates, conducting due diligence, and assisting through offer negotiation, onboarding, and transition planning. Performance occurs both onsite in Albuquerque, NM, and offsite, and eligible applicants are restricted to USA organizations. Proposals must be submitted as a single PDF via email to the point of contact by October 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM MT. Written clarifying questions are due by October 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM MT via email. Submissions must not exceed 10 pages and must cover three sections: Firm Experience & Qualifications, Search Process & Methodology, and Fees & Pricing, which requires a proposed fee structure and total professional fee. AISES evaluates proposals based on criteria including relevant search experience and extensive experience with Native American, Tribal, or Indigenous-serving organizations.
