The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority requires term consultants in onshore USA organizations for engineering, architectural, environmental, and planning disciplines. These work disciplines include architecture, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, civil/structural, LRRT – train control, health, safety, environmental quality, planning, and construction monitoring. The primary contract term is three years starting on or about April 1, 2027, with potential options for two additional one-year renewals. Applicants must submit a separate proposal for each pursued discipline via online electronic submission at www.nftaengineering.com by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Paper proposals are not accepted, and submitted proposals must not contain cost information. The buyer evaluates proposals based on qualifications, and specific project assignments will be awarded to the best qualified firm. The buyer schedules a pre-proposal meeting for October 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Buffalo, New York.
