Broadband Engineer Service

The Washington State Broadband Office needs third-party broadband engineering firms to provide final physical inspection services for completed network project areas in Olympia, WA, and across the state. Selected contractors will conduct visual field checks of physical installations, compare them against as-built documentation, complete inspection logs, and schedule each project area inspection within three weeks of notification. To be eligible, bidding entities must be USA onshore organizations, and any Professional Engineer (PE) must be licensed to do business in Washington. Applicants may submit pricing per inspection, but all travel costs must be included within the $3.07 million budget limit. The buyer anticipates making at least two awards to manage workload and avoid conflicts of interest regarding prior work with subgrantees.
