Design Engineering Services

The City of Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) requires a qualified consultant or consultant team to provide design engineering services for site improvements at the 721 N. Main St. brownfield site, focusing on a stormwater park and trail connections. Eligibility is limited to US organizations, and the performance of work will be conducted onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. Proposals are due by November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time, delivered to the DDA offices in a sealed envelope containing one original hard copy, three additional copies, and a USB drive with a single PDF format file. All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. The evaluation process uses a point system based on qualifications and experience (25 points), key personnel and past experience (25 points), proposed work plan (30 points), and the fee proposal (20 points). The DDA may select a shortlist of firms for interviews, tentatively scheduled for the week of November 16, 2026, before finalizing contract award decisions.
