Refuse Pick-Up Services

Saratoga County's Department of Central Services requires onshore US organizations to provide refuse pick-up services in Ballston Spa, NY. The selected vendor must supply and pick up all requested refuse containers (1 to 6 yard with side doors), manage roadside spill cleanups, and maintain covered vehicles. Bidders must also provide a signed Indemnity and Insurance Agreement, proof of required general liability and automobile insurance naming the County as an additional insured, Workers' Compensation coverage, and signed disclosure statements regarding NYS Finance Law compliance, the Iran Divestment Act, and Sexual Harassment Prevention policies.
