Marketing, Communications and Events Contractor Service- Budget - Up to 30,000 USD

Loudoun Economic Development seeks a contractor for a one-year agreement running from January 2027 through December 2027 to manage and promote the Morning Momentum program. The selected vendor must recruit, vet, and schedule two entrepreneur speakers per twice-monthly session, secure 40 to 50 experienced small-business attendees per event, manage event social media promotion, capture session photography, collect participant data, and compose a monthly newsletter. Eligibility requires onshore vendors located in the USA. Submissions must include payment terms, a funding or hours allocation plan, staff backgrounds, and three client referrals.
