Safe Syringe and Harm Reduction Services

Columbus, OH seeks a vendor to provide safe syringe and harm reduction services to support strategies that reduce the spread of infectious disease among high-risk populations. The selected vendor must provide safe injection planning, risk reduction counseling, overdose prevention education, safe syringe disposal education, and alcohol/drug consultation or treatment referrals to a minimum of 1,500 unique participants. Additionally, the vendor must conduct on-site testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and STIs for at least 150 unique participants, offer naloxone and fentanyl test strip training, provide behavioral health referrals, and submit quarterly and annual impact reports. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations, and the vendor must perform all work on-site.
