Blinds and Window Tint Installation Service

The State of Louisiana Office of State Procurement requires a vendor to provide and install window blinds, treatments, and window tinting. The work will be performed for the DVA Louisiana War Veterans Home located in Jackson, Louisiana. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations registered in the LaGov vendor system. Vendors submitting bids of $50,000 or more must hold a valid Louisiana Contractor's License in the appropriate classification, such as Building Construction or Limited Specialty Services. A mandatory jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening, and proof of attendance must be provided via a completed Jobsite Verification Form or an agency letter. Bidders must also provide evidence of signature authority and a W-9 if newly registered. Questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026. Non-electronic bids must be manually signed in ink and received by the Office of State Procurement in Baton Rouge, LA, or submitted online via the Vendor Portal by October 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. Bids of $50,000 or more require a 5% bid bond. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice or delivery.
