Construction Services

The City of Shreveport's Department of SPORTRAN needs construction services for the SPORTRAN Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance and Charging Facility at 1249 Murphy St., Shreveport, LA. The scope includes site development, building construction, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, security, vehicle circulation, fleet charging, communications, and technology infrastructure. The project requires coordinating building systems and autonomous vehicle technology with a strong emphasis on quality control, constructability, safety, maintainability, and electrical system integration. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations, and all work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit any project questions no later than October 23, 2026.
