Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultant Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health seeks sealed bids from qualified bidders to provide Maternal Fetal Medicine consultant services for the Mississippi OB System of Care. The selected vendor will provide specialized clinical expertise during evaluations of Level I–IV maternal facilities, advise on maternal-fetal risk management and compliance, support the System of Care Plan, and deliver strategic consultation for statewide maternal quality improvement efforts. Eligible bidders must be United States-based organizations with an unrestricted physician license, Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, completed accredited OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship, and at least five years of recent MFM clinical experience. Bidders must submit bids digitally via email, online, or through the MSDH OpenGov Procurement portal before 2:00 pm CST on November 9, 2026, with all questions due by October 14, 2026. Submissions must include proof of prior similar business experience, a resume, and notarized copies of valid licenses and certificates. MSDH will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's qualifications, skill, and financial capacity, awarding a three-year contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
