Administrative Agent and Affordability Assistance Program Services

The Township of Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a vendor to provide administrative agent and affordability assistance program services. The selected vendor must update local affordable housing manuals and affirmative marketing plans, perform outreach and data collection regarding credit-worthy bedrooms, oversee third-party administrative agents, and review proposed deed restrictions and marketing plans for new developments. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work.
