Federal Research Strategy and Business Development Consulting Services

The University requires federal research strategy and business development consulting services to identify federal opportunities, assess strategic alignment, and build external partnerships. The selected vendor must monitor federal programs, advise on early positioning, recommend teaming approaches with entities like universities and non-profits, and provide strategic advisory support for concepts and proposals. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and the vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises.
