Document Destruction and Disposal Services

The Division of Purchasing on behalf of various state agencies in Missouri requires document destruction and disposal services. The selected vendor must perform work onsite to destroy materials—including white and colored paper, cardstock, envelopes, books, bound materials, newsprint, glossy paper, and non-paper items—and recycle all recyclable destroyed documents. Eligible bidders must be United States organizations not presently debarred or suspended from federal contracts. Vendors must achieve Approved and Spend Authorized registration status in MissouriBUYS. Vendors must submit proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS by October 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The buyer will not accept e-mailed, mailed, courriered, or hand-delivered submissions. Applicants must complete and return Exhibit A, Proposal Signature Page, along with various required Business Compliance Exhibits including Israel anti-discrimination, offshore work disclosure, conflict of interest, and federal debarment certifications. The contract term runs from the date of award through August 3, 2027.
