Public Accounting Services

The University of Central Florida Direct Support Organizations (DSOs) require an independent certified public accounting firm to provide public accounting services, including preparing financial statements, maintaining internal controls, and performing fiscal audits. Eligible applicants are qualified, USA-based onshore independent certified public accounting firms. Work will be performed offsite, and selected firms must execute an acceptable agreement indemnifying the DSOs and maintain independence in fact and appearance. Proposals can be submitted for one, multiple, or all listed DSOs, provided respondents clearly identify each DSO and service in their bid. Submissions must be uploaded digitally in PDF format via the buyer's Public Portal or emailed before November 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. Evaluations will prioritize the proposal that best complies with the ITN requirements and serves the best interest of the DSOs. The initial contract term runs for five years from March 1, 2028, through February 28, 2033, covering fiscal year 2028 through 2032 audits, with an option to extend for up to five subsequent fiscal years. Bidders must provide a detailed five-year pricing proposal, including a fixed annual fee for each year, hourly rates for additional services, and a comprehensive fee schedule.
