Event Equipment Rentals Services

The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium seeks proposals for offsite event equipment rentals and related services. Required capabilities span medical services, parking, disposables, management, catering, food trucks, safety supplies, and trade show services across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations that agree to pay a one percent administrative contract service fee on all member sales volume. The contract term lasts for five years. Applicants must submit proposals electronically through Bid Express by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT, and submit any questions by October 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Requirements include an electronic signature, three member references, non-collusion certification, tax compliance certification, and a signed Commonwealth of Massachusetts Standard Contract form.
