Employee Medical Insurance Services

The City of St. Michael, Minnesota, requires fully insured health insurance carriers to provide employee medical insurance services. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite from their own office premises. Only USA-based organizations operating as fully insured health insurance carriers are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Vendors must submit their proposals to A. T. Group via email or U.S. Mail at PO Box 48033, Minneapolis, MN 55448. The deadline for all proposal submissions is November 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
