Kitchen Hood Inspection and Cleaning Services

Poudre School District R-1 requires professional contractor services for kitchen hood inspection and cleaning. The awarded vendor must inspect and clean items such as exhaust hood canopies, grease filters, accessible ductwork, exhaust fan assemblies, make-up air systems, access doors, and associated light fixtures across designated district schools. Services are limited to spring break and June, with all work concluding by June 30. This opportunity is open to US organizations holding all licenses, certifications, registrations, and approvals required by each applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction. Bidders must demonstrate experience with K-12 school districts or commercial food operations and submit three references. Vendors must submit electronic responses via BidNet by October 29, 2026, at 2 p.m. MT, with questions due by October 14, 2026, at 2 p.m. MT. Submissions must include the Reference Form, Bid Certification Form, Bid Form, Pricing Form (Attachment D), proof of qualifications, an emergency contact, a sample invoice, and written response commitments. The District will award a one-year contract to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder, evaluating bidder experience, references, certifications, and response capabilities.
