Citywide Apparel Services

The City of Asheville needs a vendor to provide citywide apparel services, including police uniforms, short and long sleeve t-shirts, short and long sleeve admin shirts, sweatshirts, jackets or coats, and bibs or overalls. The vendor will perform the work offsite at their own office premises. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid, provided they are not delinquent in paying ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville. Bidders must submit sealed bids to Tawnya Vess at 70 Court Plaza, Asheville, NC by 3:00 PM on October 22, 2026, and they must submit any questions by 3:00 PM on October 14, 2026. Applicants must acknowledge and sign all bid addenda, as bids submitted without acknowledged addenda may be rejected.
